Landscape Maintenance Services

Urban Habitat, LLC offers a green approach and bio-dynamic, organic and sustainable services for our clients. We will keep your landscape beautiful with minimum impact on the environment, without furthering erosion or endangering local wildlife and beneficial insects. Urban Habitat, LLC maintenance management team is made up of trained staff and utilized low emission/propane powered equipment. We are members of the U.S. Green Building Council enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy landscaped environment.

Once your general maintenance needs are established, we'll schedule an appointment for a property walk through with one of our maintenance experts. During this visit to your site, our staff will discuss your landscape maintenance preferences and requirements, review any problem areas on your property, and record the specific property and plant data required to customize the perfect environmentally friendly maintenance program for you.

After the walk-through has been executed, our staff will analyze your personal landscape requirements to determine which combination of sustainable services will be used to suit your preferences, and keep your property in peak condition, safe for humans, animals, beneficial insects, and better for the planet. Your maintenance proposal will outline and describe these services.

We want to be sure that our services are executed to your satisfaction. If, at any time, you require a change in your maintenance program, or find any service problematic, a quick call to Urban Habitat, LLC will put our maintenance experts on to the problem. We will work with you to meet any challenge your property presents. We also send out customer satisfaction survey postcards at key points throughout the year in order to ensure your property is up to your standards.

Our maintenance contracts are 12 months from the initial date of service. We are committed to ensure that your renewed maintenance contract will continue to completely meet your needs and our standards, while eliminating poisonous pesticides, conserving water, and helping your living environment.
